Flowers!!!!
I have recently just started a floristry course and I love it. I never realised before how much I love flowers and making little creations is so calming, it lets me forget about everything for a couple of hours. This little creation is a thistle and ivy button hole, I know it doesn't seem like much but it is my first ever creation at my class and I am actually quite proud of it. Unfortunately I cannot wear it as it would look rather odd in work but it is sitting happily on my dressing table.
Next week we are making an autumnal inspired design which I am very excited about. I will post the pictures next week xx
A Sweet Video
I found this video over at Foxtail and Ferns blog and just think its the sweetest thing ever. Leaves me wishing I was back in the 1920s going on dates to the picture house. Hope you all enjoy :) xx

Pinterest Wish List
Caitlin Shearer dress, Russian doll pin, Moustache necklace, Flag necklace, Laduree keyring
Lately I have become totally obsessed with Pinterest. My sister came home for a few days last weekend and she is completely hooked as well. We spent a good 3 hours sitting in the living room sharing pins and talking about how we can't wait to make all the different things on our craft boards. The great thing about Pinterest is being able to put all the things I want on my wish list for later. Normally I see things, realise I can't afford them and then forget about them and then it comes to Christmas and I have no idea what to put on my Christmas list. But this year I have a wish list on Pinterest so I never need to forget ever again!
Here are just a few things from my wish list! Enjoy! xx

New York! New York!
Some holiday photos from my amazing week in New York! I have to say to anyone who hasn't been to New York it is one thing that you simply must do before you die. It is mind blowing and I loved every minute of it. We stayed practically in Times Square in a gorgeous Art Deco hotel called the Edison. It was so sweet and just up my street with 1930s architecture, fabulous old fashioned lifts and Frank Sinatra playing in the lobby. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who was looking for a slightly less expensive stay but still want to be in one of the nice areas.
These photos were taken on my first proper day in New York which was spent going up the Empire State building and looking round Macys with a quick trip to starbucks for lunch. Going up the Empire State building is a must do when you are in New York and we were still a little jet lagged so got up at 6 and got to it by 8 and missed all the crowds. Getting up early if you can is definitely a good thing to do in New York if you are going sight seeing, especially in the summer as the weather was so warm.
There will be more pictures to come! Hope you have a nice day xx

A Sleepy Sunday
Lately it seems like I just haven't stopped. I have gone from Paris to New York to Cornwall and have been having the best time ever. Now I am back I am out all the time with my friends and family and on top of that I have started an apprenticeship and am trying to start my own online vintage clothing business (more to come on that later). Today I have finally had the chance to just sit around, eat roast dinner with my family and catch up on some of my favourite blogs. Although it has been amazing I am looking forward to things calming down a bit and being able to get back to a normal schedule of blog posting! Hope you are all having a fantastic summer xx

I'm Back!
Top - H and M
Jeans - New Look
Shoes - H and M
Bag - Vintage
Hello! I know I haven't posted in a very very long time and I am sorry. I have just been super busy! I have been on so many holidays and mini breaks and family visits that I have found it very hard to make time to do a post. But hopefully now things are quieting down I will have more time :)
I hope you are all having a lovely summer, I definitely am even if the weather is a bit naff. You wouldn't really expect to be wearing this outfit in August but never mind! These are my new red jeans that I picked up the other day and I love them. They are so comfy and I love the bright colour. Hope you all have a nice weekend :) xx
